Karin Heitmann takes great pleasure in using her experience and resources to the benefit of her clients, as well as having a refined eye to see the special value of a home. Originally, from Germany, she moved to the USA in 1995.  Karin pursued an opportunity to live and work in Sarasota, Florida. In 2000 she made Sarasota her permanent home.  Working within the real estate realm for almost 10 years, she developed the understanding and importance of the latest real estate trends and evolving needs of her clients. As a former owner of a Mortgage Company, Karin possesses the blended quality of these overlapping industries, and is creative and enthusiastic.   Whether helping buyers find a perfect residence or assisting sellers in achieving the maximum sales price for their property, Karin offers market knowledge, is on top of the game and makes things happen fast.
